Lisa Starkey

Lisa is a passionate advocate for the wellbeing and education of children, young people, and young parents, bringing over 20 years of experience to her work. With a Diploma in Community Services/Children’s Services, Lisa has an extensive background in the early childhood sector, where she served as a Centre Director and Educator. She later transitioned to community services, supporting children and teens in out-of-home care as both a Contact Support Worker and Case Worker.

Lisa considers it a privilege to support young parents on their parenting journey. She is dedicated to helping them grow in confidence and believes in empowering them to believe in their own strength and wisdom. Lisa finds joy in mentoring young parents and is inspired by their achievements as navigate the beautiful, challenging adventure of parenthood.
