Sue Wilson

As Brave’s Head of Transformation, Sue brings together many of her professional passions and skills. Sue has responsibility for delivering on evaluation and research and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. 

As a qualified Social Worker and Relationships Counsellor, Sue has an extensive background in working with vulnerable children and their families that extends more than 30 years.  Sue’s roles have included Child Protection, Intensive Family Services, State Coroner’s Counselling Service, Victims Assistance Program, Children’s Contact Service, post separation and family violence programs, and early years programs. She has a private practice providing clinical supervision for social workers and other professionals. 

In addition to her practice experience, Sue has recently focused on project and quality roles, embedding processes to support evidence-informed practices, and building organisational capacity to measure and monitor program effectiveness for better outcomes for Australian children and their families.
