Elke has 13 years’ experience working in the community sector, specialising in family domestic violence service, juvenile justice and family support.
Elke feels it is inspiring and a privilege to work with and see each individual grow and become empowered when they have been presented with choices and allowed to choose their own path to follow.
She is a strong advocate for everyone she works with and met, as a strong believer in gender equality and social justice.
Having been a young mum, Elke has knowledge of some of the barriers that young parents face in their daily lives.
