Kristy De Silva

Kristy lives in Perth, Western Australia, and has worked in the community services sector there for the past 10 years. With a strong background in community engagement, cultural inclusion and family support, Kristy brings compassion, leadership and a deep commitment to creating positive change.

Prior to joining Brave, Kristy worked in early childhood and family support settings, where she collaborated with local communities to deliver programs that strengthened parent-child relationships and promoted positive developmental outcomes. Her experience in these roles has shaped her holistic, strengths-based approach to supporting young families.

Kristy is deeply passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive. She believes in the power of community and connection to foster resilience and wellbeing.
