Lynn York

Lynn has worked with families for over 25 years in Queensland and Tasmania, specialising in disabilities, parenting support with integrated family support, grandparents raising grandchildren, youth support & child safety services. Lynn has a double degree in Social Science and Human Services, and a Diploma in Applied Health and Community Support at University of Tasmania.

Lynn is passionate about advocating and supporting all the parents in her community on the West and North-west coast of Tasmania. Lynn was a young mother and has five adult children and six grandchildren, so she comes with a huge bag of knowledge. Lynn lives on the West Coast with her husband and travels between the two regions weekly.
