Peta Ajkunic
Team Leader, Tasmania & Southern
Peta has worked in the Community Services sector for over 20 years in NSW and Queensland in Early Education and Care where she managed long day care centres whilst studying and completing her Bachelor of Early Education.
In 2015 Peta and her family relocated to Tasmania from the Gold Coast where Peta worked in the family support and disability areas before obtaining a position as a Child Safety Officer where she worked for six years.
Peta is now completing a double degree in Community Services and Criminology and has a passion for high quality care, advocating for the disadvantage youth within the community and ensuring that all her participants have access to the supports and services needed to lead a long, rewarding and fulfilling life with their own children and families.
Peta has her own teenage children and lives on a farm in North-west Tasmania.
