Finding out you’re pregnant or becoming a parent can feel like a lot, especially if it’s not part of your plan right now. It’s normal to feel scared, confused, stressed, excited or happy or even all of these at once. All of these feelings are valid, and your emotions may change as you consider your next steps.
At Brave, we understand the unique challenges faced by young people who are expecting a baby and we’re here to support you through whatever comes next. No matter where you’re at, you deserve support that’s non-judgmental, kind and focused on you and your baby. We encourage you to speak to someone you trust when you first believe you may be pregnant and take steps to confirm the pregnancy.
What matters most to your child is the love, care and connection you share – not how old you are.
